Object Animation - Looping

Issue: (Object Animation Plugin)
When animating an objects rotation, rotation from 0, 0, 0 to 0, 360, 0 doesn't do anything. Rotation from 0, 0, 0 to 0, 350, 0 rotates the object 10 in the opposite direction
Addition:
- Add the ability to either loop or ping-ping object animations
- Option to select between Local and Global object space
Optional: Add scale parameter
